Nationwide IS the #1 pet insurance for us!
We have had our pups with Nationwide for many years now and they have ALWAYS been there for us during our pet vet needs. Two years ago, our pup had an unfortunate situation in which her back was broken. She needed an emergency hemilaminectomy and extensive back surgery in order to survive. The bill was over $8000 and Nationwide paid immediately. All except my potion which was pennies compared to the total. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I was previously with another company that did not compare. Nationwide is hands down the most efficient, the most responsive, and the most swift in handling claims. Now that you can email claims, its 10 times better!

Fair, Fast and Easy Claims Processing
Claims processing is very quick and easy. Always fair. It's really great that everything can be processed online and claims payments transferred directly to my bank account. No problems in over 15 year, probably 20 years I've used this service for several of my dogs.

After taking care of an elderly dog that we had since a puppy...we spent a lot of money and time to try and help him. We, then, welcomed a new puppy into our home. I decided to look into pet insurance and see what was covered in the event of an emergency. I always thought that whatever could happen to one of my animals...just wouldn't be covered...so I looked further into it and did the math...I have been pleasantly surprised and thankful I decided to give pet insurance a try. We are even reimbursed for wellness items and preventative care.
