Our pets mean so much to us and most of my dogs have not needed very many trips to the vet. However, when expensive vet bills come in, it is nice to be reimbursed quickly by an insurance company. I wish my health insurance was as efficient! Thank you for the heartfelt help and prompt attention!

I was a little concerned that Lucy's latest adventure might not be covered as she does have a bit of history of eating things she shouldn't, but in the past dozen years she's never gotten into anything serious. This time was not the case - she opened the pantry and stole a giant bag of raisins and pigged out on 10 ounces of them. Got her in the ER, vomited those bad boys up and stayed for fluids and recheck labwork. She's feeling fine and Trupanion covered her claim and quickly processed the claim and kept me and the vet's office informed. Honestly not sure anything could have been done better, and I'm glad I have her insured to help keep costs down for her care.

We have the puppy insurance and we have had to use our pet insurance two separate times in one year. It really saved us from having some hefty unexpected vet bills. On top of saving our hide financially, the staff is so nice and professional. Plus filling out claims online is very easy. I recommend ASPCA to all the pet owners I know. Thanks ASPCA!

Healthy Paws has process a number of claims for our sharpei, Callie, in the last three years. The most recent claim, as with the rest of them, was processed very quickly and without any issues whatsoever. The staff at Healthy Paws communicates the steps clearly and in a timely manner and everything is processed the way it should be, without so much as a question or issue. Great insurance, a great company to help protect our dog and I would highly recommend.

One of our dogs was immediately ill overnight. Not knowing what the issue was, we immediately faced test at two different vets and ultimately hospitalization. It was so helpful to know that we could do whatever we could for our dog, without having to weigh the immense costs. Had we had to base our decision on the costs, we would have had to put him down that day.
