OUR LUCY LU HAD A TPLO PROCEDURE WHICH IS PRETTY MUCH A KNEE SURGERY. ASPCA HAS BEEN GREAT ABOUT ANSWERING ANY QUESTIONS WE HAVE HAD AND THE STAFF IS VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED. WE WERE MAILED A CHECK IN 2 WEEKS AND THEY HAVE BEEN GREAT ABOUT REIMBURSING MAJORITY OF THE BILL. ALSO I NEVER HAVE TO WAIT LONG ON THE PHONE TO GET A REPRESENTATIVE TO HELP ME OUT. IT ALSO HELPS THAT EVERYBODY SPEAKS CLEAR ENGLISH OVER THE PHONE WHEN I CALL. LUCY LU IS A PIT BULL AND THE ASPCA HAS TAKEN HER IN AS FAMILY WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED AND HELPED HER OUT AND FOR THAT I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL!
