Katie, our oldest cat of about 12 years or so, has developed some arthritis in her back. She's always loved being brushed, but resisted and cried a bit. We took her for acupuncture and chiropractic treatments and she's turned into a kitten again. Completely comfortable again and very playful. We chose Embrace because holistic as well as traditional medical services are covered. Our claims were processed quickly and accurately. Whenever I've called with questions, the Embrace person has always been courteous and helpful. We made a good decision for coverage.

We spent the 4th of July with a sick dog. He threw up and had diarrhea throughout the day. After a few hours of it not improving we took him to the Animal Hospital. They determined that he did not swallow any foreign objects and checked his blood for any other concerns. He was rehydrated and put on medication to help him recover. Gratefully he did quickly. But the hospital bill was over $800. Within days of submitting to we received a message with the amount we would be refunded from Healthy Paws. A check followed shortly thereafter as did an email asking if our dog was feeling better. We are very happy with their speed of service and percentage we are refunded quickly.

A 5 hour trip to the specialist, many many tests and scans and meds and checkups later.....trupanion was there!! 100%, no questions asked, no fighting, arguing, just the concern for my pets well being!! I don't know what we would have done financially without them!! I tells everyone about trupanion!!! Anyone who has a pet needs to have trupanion!! You never knows when something is going to happen and for a small amount a month you can be prepared for the worst! The direct billing is amazing and claims are processed super fast!! I LOVES TRUPANION!!!!

I have a 12 year old mixed breed with pulmonary hypertension, and Embrace has covered both her EKGs and consultations. I also have a 10 year old mixed breed that had to have a small mass removed from her leg. Their claims were processed quickly and the Embrace staff was always quick to answer any questions I had. I feel like they really care about my dogs, which is so important to me.

We have been having this insurance for over 3 years, since we had rescued our dog. Healthy Paws never let us down. Outstanding service, fast reimbursement. This is my first experience with pet insurance and am very happy with Embrace. All claims have been handled promptly, communication from the company regarding claims is really good and easy to understand and reimbursement check are issued quickly. I also have the Wellness Benefit which is really nice. I'm really glad that I decided on pet insurance and went with Embrace. (English Mastiff)

When the vet found a lump on my dog's gum, I was concerned about the bills that would follow. Fortunately Embrace was there and very helpful. The hardest part was getting the vet's office to complete the forms. It took me three additional trips back and forth to their office to get it properly filled out. Embrace was was very helpful throughout the process.

What I can say other than Amazing!? From day one Healthy Paws has been top notch and gone above and beyond in every facet! They are quick to respond to any inquires, helpful, quick to process claims and send reimbursement checks. We've never had an issue with a claim and they have covered everything they've stated they'd cover when we first signed up 3 years ago! They've been simply great to work with, they've covered large claims from our dogs' MPL surgery (over $4,000), to small claims, like RX (antibiotics, pain relievers, etc...) and everything in between. They recently covered our dogs' root canal on a fractured pre-molar ($1,400). We don't hesitant to take our dog into the vet for anything with Healthy Paws covering her. Even without coverage we'd still take her in for care, but having Healthy Paws insurance makes things easier. I can't recommend them enough, in fact I recommend them regularly to co-workers, friends and others. I work at a company that manufacturers VetMed based products and we deal with Vet Clinics, patients and pretty much anyone else in the Vet industry and I recommend them any chance I get.
