I have had peace of mind when it comes to providing our beloved Pet with medical care. We have received reimbursement for costs from Trupanion that we would have had a hard time covering the full medical costs for his care. We will never be without Trupanion health insurance for our Pets as we don't want monetary reasons to be the deciding factor in providing the needed health care. I will scream it from the rooftop. Trupanion is AMAZING! In a world where customer service seems to be lost, Trupanion gets it! It’s like the Nordstrom of pet insurance. I recently almost considered cancelling because we’ve been paying into it due 7 years and only made a few claims. I’m so glad we didn’t! Our 7 year old lab tore her ACL and the 6k surgery cost us $900. The billing and reimbursement was SO EASY. I will recommend Trupanion to EVERYONE.

Great for the unexpected emergency
In my first time using Trupanion for my cats sudden kidney failure issue I can say that I will be a lifetime user of this insurance. During an extremely stressful process Trupanion made filing a claim as easy as scanning the documentation and spending less than 5 minutes filling out information. The reimbursement wait time was also far faster than I expected.
