I recommend Healthy Paws
A colleague at work convinced me to get dog insurance when we got our puppy, but I was hesitant; I just couldn't imagine we would need it, but I'm so glad we decided to do it. Thanks to Healthy Paws, we were able to afford our 10 month old puppy's surgery for a bone disease. We wouldn't have been able to make it work financially without the insurance. I'm not sure what we would have done, honestly, and I don't even want to think of what the other options would have been. They paid the hospital directly, and it all went very smoothly. No issues whatsoever. They even emailed to check in on her a few weeks afterward to make sure she was healing okay(she's doing great btw). Thank you Healthy Paws!!!

Healthy Paws pet insurance is the best! I can't say enough good about the company! They are so quick on claims, fair premiums, and top notch customer service! I feel like they really care how my dog, Thor is feeling! If you are concidering purchasing pet insurance I highly reccomend Healthy Paws!

Healthy Paws pet insurance is so great! I can't say enough great things about the company! They are so quick with claims and the customer service is the best i've ever delt with! Good...and bad.
The process is easy and the contracts are easy to understand. I usually get my claim reimbursements very quickly. That said - I don't understand why premiums go up so much each year. I understand costs rise and more problems come up as animals get older, but it seems like a big increase. Additionally, my premium went up when I moved to a different zip code, even though I was taking my pets to the same vet and they are indoor cats only. Long story short, they do what they say they do, but in the end it's a business and they will try to make as much money as they can. I guess it's better than nothing.

Nationwide Pet Insurance is the best thing I ever bought for my cats!
I've been with Nationwide for about 17 years and bought insurance for two cats. There are more plan options now than when I first signed up so you can get the coverage that works for you and your furry friends. I currently have my cat enrolled in a major medical plan but they also have plans for wellness checks, vaccines, dental, etc. I've referred friends with dogs and cats, who like me, have been thrilled with the help they received from Nationwide when their pets got sick, injured, developed a chronic illness or just needed wellness checks. Customer service is stellar as well as the people who work with claims who have always gone the extra mile. Reimbursement has always been very fair and many times, it has been quite generous. It is such a relief to be able to take care of my pets during stressful times knowing my pet insurance has me covered. I totally recommend Nationwide to anyone looking into pet insurance!

They do not care for you or your pet.
My Boston needed a surgery at age 3 years and they did not want to cover because a veterinarian mentioned the issues that Bostons come with. Since that was one of them they do not want to cover that now. The whole reasoning behind insurance is to have coverage. I cannot pay the whole amount so now my dog is either going to go without the surgery or maybe a new home.

Easy, comprehensive coverage for dog
I have had such a great experience using Embrace to insure my now 11 year old lab. It is easy to understand, navigate, and submit claims. They cover everything they should/say they will and when we had an accident, my dog was totally covered and I was reimbursed for expenses as I should have been beyond my deductible. The team is efficient and quick to respond to questions or concerns. They also respond SUPER quickly when I have submitted claims. We got a new pup last year and I immediately added him to our policy. I would highly recommend Embrace for pet insurance!
