Before Embrace, we could not get wellness coverage or coverage for the minor issues that cats can have from time to time. Now, thanks to Embrace, we do have that coverage, and have saved significantly on veterinary care expenses. Customer Service has been proactive about claim handling and follow-up, and actively seeks feedback. Embrace offers an excellent value for our pet insurance dollars.

ASPCA has covered costs for skin growth removal, medication for UTI and costs of ER visits.

I hadnt heard much about pets plus us and took a bit of a leap of faith in signing my puppy up for insurance, but to me, there just seemed to be a catch with the major companies in my area (petsecure and trupanion). I am SO happy I chose them as my insurance company. The monthly payments are affordable and fair and there are a number of coverage options so you can choose what fits best for you and your pet. They have been BEYOND helpful and friendly every time I call with a question and always seem concerned with the well being of my dog when she's not feeling well.They are real people who really care. I am also very impressed with the ease of making claims and getting reimbursement for the claims-so hassle free and FAST! The money was in my account 2 days post claim with no questions asked. My dog was just diagnosed with food allergies and they will even pay a portion of her expensive hypoallergenic food from the vet. This is an amazing company and I recommend it to all pet owners! They are THE best.

We adopted our pup, Riley, in January of 2014 at 8 weeks old. She's a mixed breed (we think she is a Beagle / Lab mix) weighing in around 45 lbs, and loves to eat. We signed up for Healthy Paws as soon as we adopted her, and since the beginning they have been amazing at processing our claims with no fuss. She went through the usual issues (diarrhea, kennel cough, UTI's, etc...) nothing major, and we were very satisfied with their service and response time (always less than two weeks, typically around one, never any debate on whether charges were covered or not). However, at the beginning of August Riley suddenly stopped eating her food, became very lethargic and we knew right away that something was very wrong. Even with the worst spouts of diarrhea - she would eat everything in site. We rushed her into the vet before work, they did some x-rays, and with the results being inconclusive, decided to hold her at the Vet and have an ultrasound done. We received a call around 5 pm that there was definitely a blockage between her stomach and small intestines, and due to the sensitivity of the location the blockage was in - we needed to really go into surgery that night at an emergency facility. Long story short - Riley went through the surgery without any complications on Thursday night. We were able to pick her up Saturday morning, and $6,891.54 later, we got our baby back. As soon as we got the bill (Saturday AM) - we used their mobile application to submit the bill through my iPhone, no forms, no prior authorizations, no hoops to jump through, just a picture of each page of the invoice and pressed submit. By 11am THAT Monday, two days later, I received an email that the claim was processed with an EOB link: $6,202.39 paid! By Thursday of the same week, I had a check in my hand. Unreal processing time! In a time of such agony and fear that something could have happened to our baby, they gave us one less thing to worry about. They helped us avoid turning her medical matter into a fiscal matter, which really let us focus on what was most important for Riley. About a week after all was said and done, they even reached out to us to see how Riley was recovering. Thank you Healthy Paws!

My dog has a condition that required x-rays and other complicated procedures to diagnose. The bills were high, but it was worth it to find out what was wrong. Thankfully, Pets Best reimbursed me for most of the expenses which has allowed me to be able to continue care for him without always having to put a price on it. We were so glad to have purchased this for our large dog. When she turned 1 we noticed that she was limping and favoring one leg. I took her to a surgeon who determined that she needed both of her knees repaired. VPI covered about 90% of the bill.

I highly recommend Trupanion. My 12 year old yellow lab has had numerous medical issues from TPLO sugeries to a recent diagnosis of UTI and TCC of the urethra. Trupanion has paid every claim quickly and without hesitation. I have never had to worry about getting her the best possible care.
