We have had Trupanion for the past 3 years. We would not have been able to take care of dear Myca without them... she is a Cushings dog and as she ages will need more care - Trupanion helps make sure we keep her as well as possible which keeps her here with us longer. This was the first time we have had to use our Embrace Pet insurance. Boy were we glad we had it. Having to take our little Bichon to the pet emergence room at 2:30 in the morning is scary enough. Then when they explained the charges it could have been even more traumatizing. Luckily I could say "that's ok; we have pet health insurance". Turns out filing the claim was very easy and we got an email right back that they had received it. The check was in my hand within 2 weeks! So glad dealing with Embrace is totally uncomplicated!

Great experience, highly recommend
I've had nothing but great experiences working with Embrace. I love their app and how easy it is to submit a claim and track it. Claims are reviewed and refunded within a few days. I've only 2 coverage disputes in the 4 years I've had embrace, and both times the source of the dispute was understable from Embrace's side. One required a phone call to resolve but I was able to get someone on the phone quickly and easily, they were super great to speak with, and the matter was quickly resolved. The other dispute was able to be resolved by a couple messages on the app, and again the person I messaged with was super kind and quick to respond, and the dispute was quickly resolved. All other claims (unfortunately there have been quite a few with my older pup!) we're processed and paid out seamlessly. Highly recommend embrace and will definitely insure all future pets from day 1 with Embrace!

Unexpected and rare health problem.My female cat is experiencing…
I (and my female cat)are experiencing an expensive but necessary medical problem that has already cost thousands and will still involve surgery in order to remedy her rare problem. I am so thankful to have Embrace’s support through this ordeal. I was considering canceling my insurance when I was abruptly hit with all this! So glad I didn’t!

So far so good
Ease of access is big for me. So I am very impressed with the layout and having an app to easily reference. When I needed assistance because my account was not created I called and the rep quickly resolved my problem. So again so far I am very impressed and I’m glad I have made the choice becoming a new customer.

Excellent first experience. I got a policy 2 months ago for our puppy and am so glad I did. Great communication and no hassle coverage when our puppy got sick and needed emergency care. Highly recommend.

No problem in submitting the claim
No problem in submitting the claim. Reimbursement was expected % and an email was received with the amount to be deposited. Amt was 70.00. However, amt deposited was 65.00, without explanation as to minus 5.00.. I have queried, but no answer yet. Could it be a transaction charge?
