Severe IBD Diagnosis
My 10 year old dog stopped eating one day and didn't want to go for a run. I knew something was wrong when she didn't want to run. Many days and 3 vet appointments later, she was admitted to a vet specialty hospital and it was determined that her intestines weren't working. 4 days in the hospital, an endoscopy, biopsies, and other tests later, she was diagnosed with IBD. She is home now and her IBD is being managed with strict diet and medications.

Amazing
I don't know where to start. My dog suffers from IVDD which is a disc disease in dogs. My dog had to undergo emergency surgery to repair 4 discs in his back and Embrace was always there to support us. I'm recommending them to everyone. Love your pet and treat them like your child and pay a small monthly fee because you never know what is going to happen, you may need embrace one day!

Pets Best Staff was very helpful

Fantastic coverage and service
I have been extremely pleased with this coverage. Communication, EOBs, and reimbursements have been timely and everyone I have dealt with has been extremely polite and friendly. I would certainly recommend this company to others.

Fast claim turn around and great coverage
It is easy to tell ourselves during tight economical times that we cannot afford the monthly pet insurance premium. But when you need it, as our Australian Shepherd with cataracts does right now, you will be glad you found a way to do it. Just as for ourselves, pets' - especially aging pets' medical needs must be addressed. We say we love our animals as family. We must provide for them the best we can, and extending quality of life is the way we can do it. Knowing my our dogs are covered by AKC insurance is peace of mind for us.

Hard to Deal With
I haven't been real happy with VPI pet insurance (now Nationwide). I adopted a dog from a rescue shelter in December, 2005 and have had coverage with VPI continually until now. They denied a claim in 2015 for allergies that they contend was pre-existing because the dog had scabs on his back legs when I rescued him in 2005. Despite a letter from my Vet, they continue to deny and asked for nine years of records. In my opinion, they are being unreasonable and are attempting to overwhelm me with requests for records.

A FANTASTIC Pet Insurance Company!
We have been with Embrace for over three years and they have always been great to work with. They provide quick and easy processing, and always correspond with us to make sure everything goes smoothly with a claim. I'm especially glad that they offer a Healthy Pet discount on our deductible!
