Spot Pet Insurance has been a lifesaver. I've never carried pet insurance before ... but this time I did and when my puppy got sick they were great to work with. I am extremely disappointed with Spot Pet Insurance. I purchased coverage for my puppy believing they would help if something went wrong, but every claim I submitted was denied. My puppy was not diagnosed with any condition until after I had already purchased and paid for the policy, and I provided full veterinary records proving there were no prior issues. Despite that, they still refused every claim. In my experience, Spot offered no support when it was needed. I would not recommend this company and suggest pet owners look into other options for their fur babies.
