MY dog Bailey gets skin allergies and I am constantly taking her to the vet, being on a fixed income, I do not know what I would do without this insureance, claims are easy to put through and they always come through for us.

This is my first experience with any pet insurance plan. I recently submitted my first claim for my pet (which was a wellness claim). The staff at Embrace contacted me promptly to let me know that they received it, which was very thoughtful and professional. I would have been satisfied with his that kind of correspondence exempt that they processed it the NEXT DAY! I highly recommend the Wellness plan and while I hope to never have to use the pet insurance for dire circumstances, but it is really nice to know that I could get a quick response and great service with Embrace.

My 9 year old Irish Setter got cataracts, in both eyes. Surgery was done by an excellent veterinary ophthalmologist in Omaha. The Bill was $3400.00. Pets Best covered about $2700.00, but the best part is my beloved Quigley can see clearly again. I have and will continue to recommend Pets Best to all my friends and family. I will never have another pet without Pets Best Insurance.

Healthy Paws handles claims fairly and quickly, covering your pet's illnesses and injuries as they promise to with no hidden exceptions. I submitted my first claim recently and was amazed to find that they processed it quickly and did not try to find ways of denying it. If only my own health insurance plan worked so well! And to top it off, when one corresponds with the company, their emails are written by actual people who wish your pet well. I've been very pleased with them!

Caesar is a 7 year old pug and when I wanted to get him insured last year, I browsed through the internet to compare all the insurance companies and finally decided to go with HealthyPaws. And I'm so glad I made the perfect decision. Recently he started developing cataract on one of his eyes and the quote from the Ophthalmologist was close to $2700. Though we were told that he can manage pretty well with his other eye for the rest of his life, I was bit concerned about his quality of life and checked with HealthyPaws. Their response was very encouraging and hence we went ahead with the surgery. The claim was processed within 3 days and my net out of pocket expense got drastically reduced to $500. Filing a claim online is fast and easy, and the only complaint I would have is that while the Wellness benefits do cover vaccine costs like Rabies and Distemper, they only pay up to $15, when the Vet charges $20-$25. Overall, the check arrived quickly, the process was easy, and they customer service has been friendly and helpful, which is ten times better than dealing with my own insurance companies.
