As pet lovers wanting to give our cats the best care possible we are very grateful to Trupanion for providing us with peace of mind. We have been clients for 9 years. One of our cats, Tara, is diabetic (and has IBD) and all her care is covered at 90% except for examinations and vaccinations. We opted for the non deductible option and it has worked for us. Our other cat recently was very dehydrated and lethargic, she required several tests, they were covered. Our premiums have gone up over the years and are relatively high, but we have great value, having used it, and we know that we can always make the best care decisions for our pets. The service quality and coverage is fantastic. The customer service is great, we have nothing but good to say about Trupanion.

My pet has Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma. Pets Best insurance has handle each of our claims expediently.

I adopted a female St. Bernard who had skin growing partially over her vagina. She went through many bouts with feminine irritations like yeast infections. The vet said we could remove the skin covering her vaagina and the infections would get better. I called Pets Best and asked if this was a covered surgery she would be getting. I was told yes. She had the surgery and then Pets Best refused to pay. I had to take my time and my vets time to appeal the decision. After about 45 days the decision was reversed and they did pay my claim. Now I don't know whether to trust what Customer Service tells me about future claims. After being a happy customer for ten years I don't know what to do about future pet insurance.

They never take more than four days to adjudicate a claim and I always have the check in under a week. If you are shopping for pet insurance, look no further.

Thank you for this great service and assistance. This month was extremely challenging for Oskar, we had to see the vet several times and always with different issues, or recurring ones. From Trupanion, no questions asked, all claims were dealt with very fast and reimbursement according to plan, even more than expected.
