We have an English Mastiff, female, now 5 and we have had the insurance 5 years. It is good insurance, we have used it. Our Vet is pleased and has no problem doing the minimal paper work with said insurance. WE took out the insurance so our dog sitter would have no issue with moneyif something happened to our pup. Proved it self on 3 instances.

I have been so pleased with Trupanion. Sophie has allergies and the meds are very expensive, so this insurance has been a life saver. The form is easy to fill out and they are quick to respond.

I really can't say enough about Embrace and their staff. Every time I call, I am met with friendly staff who answer my questions with ease. The website is also so convenient. I submitted a claim for my pups wellness plan just last week and have already been reimbursed - this took less than a week! Not only was this quick, but a couple of the items on the invoice actually met criteria for his illness plan - ear infection - so they applied that portion toward the deductible on his accident/illness plan. Embrace could not make this any easier. Best choice EVER for pet health insurance!!

Healthy Paws was recommended to me by my friend and insurance broker of many years. I had never owned a pet and would never have thought to purchase it without his tip. Within a few weeks of rescuing a 1 year old cat, he unfortunately developed abscesses on his arms. Luckily I had purchased the insurance policy through healthy paws and they immediately stepped in with coverage. The process couldn't have been easier or quicker using the app and website. Customer service (while not needed) quickly addressed all of my questions at the outset and reimbursement checks were received within a week even for the initial claim.
