I am very happy with my Trupanion. Getting insurance for my pets was the best thing I could’ve done for us. After I order my dog’s medication, I log in to my account and begin my Trupanion claim using my receipt. I signed up for text message updates and I get updates from Trupanion every step of the way. They let me know they received my claim. They let me know that they are working on my claim. And then they let me know that my claim is completed. They let me know the details of what was paid on my claim by text too. I am very well-informed and everything seems to go so smoothly every step of the way. I really love this process because it is very fast and I am continuously updated. Thank you Trupanion! Great job! ??
