Our claim was activated by our local animal hospital, we paid our deductible, and the rest was handled for us. Shadow was diagnosed with Vaginal Hypoplasia and need surgery. Our vet faxed the claim to Embrace after 4pm and at 7pm the next morning I had an email saying the claim was approved. Past experience tells me the check will be in my bank account very soon.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I have had a couple of claims with Healthy Paws. Everyone I have ever spoken to has been beyond helpful and polite. They are prompt and pay claims as they say they will. On one occasion a claim was denied somImcalled and explained the situation. Within 10 minutes I had an email with an adjusted claim giving me 181.00 credit towards my dogs deductible. I lost my beloved pet last month and had very high medical bills for him. Healthy Paws paid exactly what they said they would cover and I had my checks in less than a week. I also received a sympathy card personally signed by several of their staff members. I would highly recommend them.
