My wife and Embrace saved the day! I said, “We don’t need insurance for a healthy, 3 month old pure bread,well known breeder bread puppy”. “It’s a waste of money”. Boy was I wrong. I was finally talked into it and so happy we chose Embrace. My 1 1/2 year old lab was diagnosed with an elevated liver count which not treated now is life threatening. After many tests , which Embrace covered, our vet and a few specialists agreed that biopsies were the only way to find his cure and treatment of action. I forwarded the estimate to Embrace, which was super easy by uploaded the pdf,and within days they said what would be covered ,which was everything. This procedure ran me well of $9,0000! Not only did Embrace cover the promised 80%, but it was directly deposited within two days of my submission!! USAA and Embrace haven’t ever let me down!

This is the FASTEST service ever. The claim is done within a day or 2 after I've submitted the claim and the check is on the way. Great customer service! With that said, I do wish the cost for Figo insurance was less, but again I love the service.

Best decision I ever made!
I’m new to the insurance world for pets. The two associates that helped me- Kelsey and Christian were outstanding! I was a little nervous and didn’t understand much, they were so understanding and helpful. By the end of our conversations I was 100% confident with my choice and signed up then and there! I would recommend trupanion to anyone! I want nothing but the best for my Mya and I know with Trupanion I have just that!

Trupanion has been my savior
I have two American Akita‘s insured by true Pinyan. Unbeknownst to me my older girl ended up with two twisted femurs and my younger girl seizures. Thanks to Trupanion I’ve been able to give them the quality care that they have needed! They’ve always been extremely helpful with all of my needs. I would highly recommend them! Veterinary care is really expensive and I’m happy that I did not have to make the choice whether to take my dogs to the vet or not. Thanks Trupanion I have the peace of mind knowing whatever happens they can get the best care possible.

Outstanding rapid professional claim response with total clarification for coverage paid directly to checking account. (this previous one line describes our service experience) ....I had some questions as to coverage and Katie Youmans (terrific follow up and concern) customer service as quick to respond via email and "live communication". I'm very impressed with Trupanion and can't imagine any other pet insurance company having coverage service equal to Trupanion. They treat customers like family, even asking "how is Kaz (our Havasu "child" ) dong? A first class company in which I will spread the word for referrals. Easy to work with, willing to listen and reconsider
I bought Trupanion pet insurance for my two younger black labs who were healthy. The two year old had an injury a few months in to the policy. She suddenly couldn't walk after a run. In my effort(as a physician) to give a complete history I unknowlingly gave Trupanion and one of the vets the idea that she had a preexisitng injury(she had a rpevious shoulder very mild tendonitis). My claim was initially denied but when I and the vets clarified the history, Trupanion over turned their own claim denial and paid for the claim. I think this is pretty impressive. The whole process was smooth and all Trupanion employees were kind and compassionate. My daughter is a vet and I have told her to recommend Trupanion to her clients. High ratings for Trupanion from me for sure.
