Just got the policy for my 11 month old cat
Just got the policy for my 11 mo. old cat who's decided a barn plus acres of hayfield and pasture wasn't enough space and has started to go across the busy road in front of our house. Haven't been able to 'reason' or explain to him the dangers in this so figured I d better get him insurance. Hope to never need it.

Needed pet insurance for our new puppy for the peace of mind that he would be taken care if need be. Was surprised and pleased to receive a call from a SPOT rep asking g if I had any questions about the coverage. I'm looking forward to working with SPOT in the future should the need arise.

Trupanion provides great service, I submitted a claim and it was processed and the money in my account within 3 days!!
I just submitted my second claim to Trupanion and it was immediately acknowledged and I was kept me informed of the status of the claim. Trupanion provided a breakdown of what was covered, the deductible, and amount of reimbursement. The reimbursement was deposited into my account 3 days after I submitted the claim. I would highly recommend Trupanion to all dog owners.

It was my first experience ever using pet insurance and you made it super easy. I was told by the receptionist that I would more than likely have to pay up front because it was my first time. With the stress of getting Gypsy seen to I forgot my policy number home, but all it took was a simple phone call and everything was looked after immediately! Thank you! We have been paying into this for three years and most times we make a claim it is declined.
We have been paying into this for three years and most times we make a claim it is declined. While I understand some of the rationale, when we had to undertake exploratory activities to ascertain the nature of a problem, we were told that the expense did not qualify. These expenses are considerable at times and makes me wonder why I’m paying what I do monthly. This premium also just went up and I have had very little benefit.
