My dear Italian Greyhound, Niles, was diagnosed with meningitis last week. It was a horrible ordeal for our whole family, especially for Niles who was in a great deal of pain. We have a top notch specialty hospital about 3 hours away, where the care is thorough, high tech, and not cheap. I was desperately concerned about the cost of the procedures necessary to diagnose Niles' problem, and if it hadn't been for my history of trust in the integrity of Pets Best, I might not have had the confidence to proceed. I shopped around for pet insurance when we got our new dog. We had a Border Collie two years ago that died from cancer, I wish we had insurance then and we did all we could for him, this time I decided to purchase dog insurance, I was very pleased to find that as a USAA insurance member that Embrace was being offered. This was a no brainer for me as USAA only offers top notch companies to their membership. After joining Embrace I could not be more pleased, our claims are quickly handled and checks are mailed out quickly, I have had no problem speaking with agents on the phone and emails are quickly answered. Pet insurance is not cheap, but I am a person who strongly believes that you get what you pay for and just like any other insurance it is peace of mind knowing that in an emergency my dog will have the best care and have an insurance company who will be with me along the way.

I have been using ASPCA for my aging dog for about a year now. I did a lot of research to ensure my dog would be covered since many companies offer cover just very basic services. There are some companies that won't even cover dogs/cats past a certain age. ASPCA has reimbursed me for dental cleanings, meds and various doctors visits. The claim process is pretty simple and easy to follow. I've only had to follow up a couple times when they required additional information from the veterinarian. That held the process up for a couple weeks. I'm glad I chose ASPCA, its been a good experience!

My cat recently got very sick and had to have emergency surgery. She also had to be in the hospital with 24 hour care for several nights. I would highly recommend embrace pet insurance and do to every pet owner I know. I alway hope I will never have to use the insurance but when I had to they have been very quick at reimbursements. I sadly say that when my Great Dane needed extensive medical attention I felt better because I knew I could give him everything he needed because I did have this insurance. We did loose Nitro but I know I did everything I could for him. Embrace also seem to really care and I even revived a condolence card after we lost nitro. I most certinly will be getting it again with my new puppy when I find one and I also have it on my Dobe Betty Boop.

My pug became deathly sick after being bitten/stung or exposed to some sort of allergen. I rushed her to the ER and transferred her to her vet the next day. Healthy Paws promptly reviewed my claims and paid me back in a very timely manner. My Care Credit bill quickly became a distant memory and that felt great. As a Pet owner I would highly recommend ASPCA Pet Insurance. I have been very happy with the prompt and professional way my Kitties, Oliver and Lilly's claims have been handled. Recently Lilly stopped eating and drinking water and was vomiting. I don't think that anything is more upsetting to any pet owner than this. After taking Lilly in to our vet , she was diagnosed and treated and within a few days started eating and drinking. Within a few more days she was back to her old self.
