Go to BBB AND YELP and read all the negative reviews. They are misleading. They lie and don't tell you they will find a way not to pay you. It's called deceptive buisiness practice. Getting ready to go to the NYS insurance department, NYS Attorney General office and consumers fraud.

I love the constant feedback and that there is communication coming through weekly, it helps me know that there is someone actually there to answer questions. Also, that there is someone that can guide me through the healthcare steps because this is my first fur baby so I am new with all this but I don't feel alone at all :)

My Yorkie has previously had issues with pancreatitis and enteritis, but now suddenly losing weight. Having adopted an older dog, I knew there would be risks in the health of my Boxer. She had a tumor that got larger and gave her much discomfort when she walked and also laid down. The tumor was on her chest and under her armpit. The doctor removed it and another one that was attached to a muscle, under the original large tumor. She also had to have 2 teeth removed, one was partial broken and the other had roots growing over it. My "Sugar" is one tough old dog. She never acted like she was in pain, except her noticeable limp. I am extremely grateful to Embrace for insuring my wonderful friend, Sugar. I don't know much about her past, but her future will always be filled with love, compassion and the best of care. Thanks Embrace.
