The claims we have been submitting for
The claims we have been submitting for our Gracie Mae flow through the review and reimbursement process quicker under the merger with Fetch. Our quarterly payments are quite steep as Gracie is 12 years old but we pay them and keep the insurance because we love her and want the best care for her.

It was so easy to sign up. The customer service rep explained everything to me, even answered my stupid questions. She was wonderful.

Trupanion is adding riders
I have been a loyal customer for several years, like 12 years... and now you start denying claims because I didnt purchase an additional rider in 2020 to which you sent ONE email at renewal. This is shady. I will stick with you until this dog passes, but i will no longer recommend you.
