Nice, Knowledgeable, and Flexible
It was very easy to submit a claim, and when I messed up and did not quite do things the way they intended, I was helped and walked through how to remedy the situation. All over email, which I appreciate because I do not like talking over the phone. They also processed my reimbursements within 24 hours of claim approval. Overall very nice, and great process, and employees.

They saved my dog’s life!
I’ve had pumpkin since my dog was a puppy. He is now 4 1/2. He’s had a couple of incidences here and there, but the big one was when he swallowed a cat toy. My dog is only a Pomeranian. This was detrimental, he needed life-saving surgery. I can’t thank pumpkin enough for the quick and prompt response for the funds to provide his life-saving surgery. I’ve always sung their praises, but I sing a little louder these days. thank you so much for being the best insurance out there this was truly one of the scariest experiences I’ve ever had in my life.

Trupanion will be there when you need it! Don’t wait get it with the new puppy!
If only our human medical insurance was as quick and responsive as Trupanion. A superb job each time. Dog seizures are no fun but our service dog is worth every penny. My recommendation - if you have a new puppy - get Trupanion before you drive home!
