Having this pet insurance policy is truly a godsend. The claim process is incredibly easy, and payouts are prompt. MetLife is an excellent pet insurance company. I’m so glad I decided to go with their company shortly after getting my little 2 year old yorkie. The rates are reasonable, and they make submitting claims easy, and they are processed in a timely manner. MetLife also has the nicest and most helpful customer service reps you can find anywhere!
