Easy to file invoices - easy to upload documents - turn around for determination of coverage is pretty quick (although it has been 2 days or less in the past) and deposit made the same day - I'd have to say best pet insurance on the market

Pets Best is worth it
The claims process was easily made on my I phone. The reimbursement came in a timely manner. Pets Best kept me informed during the whole process of the claim. They reimbursed exactly to what the contract specified. Happy with them.

Trupanion is the best
Trupanion is the best. Expensive, but they've come through for each of my reasonable claims, most recently in a very big way. I'm so grateful, and able to get the best care for my beloved dog. Jan Marie Fortier

Denied for something that was not by a vet
My dog got denied for Respiratory issues because I was the mother of a New Dog and didnt know what was wrong They said because I stated it...It made it a pre existing condition..now has allergies They will pay for but not xrays...Your agreeing to the meds she got the meds because the xray was needed to see what may be wrong.P.S. I am Not A Vet...

Very bad and unprofessional attitude
The guy has answered the phone; Tyler in customer service had a terrible and unprofessional attitude; this guy was so rude to me, and he was like answering all the questions I had in a bad mood; I'm disappointed; I will change my insurance soon with other company,
