I had embrace for a little over a year before I had to actually file a claim for a sick pet. When I filed the claim I was got a response that it was received the next business day. The month that my dog was sick I was also moving into a new home and getting married so the budget had been planned out precisely and the vet bill messed up the financial planning a little. I sent an email with my concerns about how fast the claim could be possibly processed and with a great response and customer service I received my claim money within 4 business days. Great people and great company.

Our experience with our dogs has proven that pet insurance is an absolute necessity. We have a 13 year old Boston Terrier (which was not insured, I must add) that was diagnosed with Addison's Disease 7 years ago and her yearly health care costs in excess of $1700 on top of basic vaccinations and well checks. Healthy Paws has been great in processing claims for our Husky. Both surgeries for ACL repair were very expensive, close to 4K each so we were very pleased and relieved that we had Healthy Paws Pet Insurance to help us pay for his treatment.They have always paid promptly and have answered any questions or concerns I had. I submitted my claim and got a quick response from Healthy Paws who told me my claim was being processed. This was a first claim for my dog so I had to wait a bit longer but it was only about 3 weeks to get reimbursed. Healthy Paws notified me on how things were progressing and emailed again after a month to check on my dog's welfare. Very happy with my choice of pet insurance!

Our good dog Carl swallowed 5 golf balls and had to have them surgically removed. Trupanion promptly paid the claims at agreed upon amount.Carl has given up golf!

We've always had dogs and just had to put our doberman down in January so we ended up getting a puppy a few months later & this is the first time we've ever had insurance, I know we most likely won't have any medical issues since our puppy, Zelda is so young right now but it's always nice to know you DO have coverage if something unfortunate were to happen. The Wellness Rewards are awesome - covers everything from vaccinations to spaying, and frontline/heartguard and I know we will definitely take advantage of those during our puppy's first year!
