claims@trupanion.com doesn't receive email claims

I attempted 3 times to send claims to the claims@trupanion.com and apparently, no one received them. I even sent them to a person whose name I had and she said she never received them either, yet I have 3 confimed sent emails. So I am not sure what happeded. I finally went thru my emails and found a girl in the underwriters dept and I emailed her and asked for her assistance and I finally got around to sending them to her and she took care of everything. so I am not sure whats wrong with you claims@trupanion.com site but my claims went out to somewhere although I sent it to that website 3 times to no avail. this happened on another occasion but that was via fax. I like this company but they need to look into that email address because my emails with my claim forms attached sent to that email went nowhere, not once but 3 times.

Healthy Paws is Amazing!

At seven months, my puppy has had several hospital visits already. Recently, she suffered a serious case of diarrhea and her doctor wanted to run a series of tests and x-rays to determine the cause. The bill was well over $1,500.00. I was completely overwhelmed, but it was a relief to have such great insurance that covered ninety percent of the cost. I am secure knowing that I do not need to avoid taking my pet to the hospital in fear of a large medical expense. Thank you Healthy Paws!

A must have assest to protect fur babies

I am very glad I have ASPCA Pet Insurance. When Dakota became ill the insurance helped me focus on what was truly important, her medical care and our time together, not the cost of the care. While insurance doesn't pay all the bills it makes the financial commitment less of a burden. Dakota has passed away and now I and my elder cat Shawnee are facing the challenges older cats experience. Again I can focus on providing her quality care and our time together. I depend on ASPCA per insurance.

Compassionate Coverage

I first purchased pet insurance from ASPCA for my cocker spaniel. She contracted a serious disease and we were unable to save her. ASPCA was very compassionate about the illness and they wonderful in completing my claim. When I rescued my present dog, the first thing I did was enroll her in this insurance program. Unfortunately we had to use the coverage twice since we got her and ASPCA promptly addressed the claims. I would recommend them to all pet owners. The policy provides some peace of mind and financial assistance for costly I'll less expenses.

Garbage.

My Rottweiler tore her cruciate ligament and we had the surgery for over $4000. Wen we sent in the form they told us it was a pre-existing injury bc my dog went to the vet 7 months prior bc she was limping on that leg. Come to find out my dog had a lesion on her paw pad for that leg. Ointment for three weeks fix the problem and then she had no more limping and was fine. The vet documented this and also put in her records that there were no signs of joint or ligament damage in my dogs back leg. However the claims adjuster is fixated on the one thing that goes in their favor which was my dog had the leg examined. I asked them what am I supposed to do never bring my dog to the vet because if I bring them for a foot injury that will be pre-existing for a future knee injury? I filled out a reassessment form and is now been four months and still no resolution. I even have the supervisors number and she does not return my calls. Beware. I will take the scumbags to court if need be.

Super Easy and Stress-Free!

I own two cats and we haven't really used the insurance to its full potential other than yearly visits but still figured it was a good idea to have. My cat Kadabra was recently diagnosed with diabetes and needed multiple vet visists to check his blood sugar as well as a prescription for insulin and his syringes. Submitting the claim sheets were so easy since my vet does it for me and I have had updates from Embrace about each claim form I submitted. They have made this transition to a higher care level for my cat smooth and effortless. Thank you so much!!

Spent many hours researching pet insurance companies, and Embrace was #3 in the Consumers Advocate website. Picked Embrace because in addition to accident/illness insurance they also carried a wellness plan. Paid my first premium on July 31st. Had my first claim on 8/11/2014 for wellness benefits. Receiving my first claim check tomorrow. Signing up for insurance is easy. There website is well designed and easy to use. Happy I picked Embrace over all the other insurance companies out there.

Healthy Paws cares about our pets!

My 3 year old Lab recently was hospitalized for a foreign body, requiring a 5 day stay in the hospital. When I picked him up I used the Mobile App to submit the claim. The claim was processed and a check was in the mail before I arrived at my home 1 hour later. A few days later I received an email from Customer Care checking on Enzo. I can not say enough about the high quality of this product. From Excellent reimbursement to first rate customer care, I refer all my friends and clients to Healthy Paws for their pets.

Great Service

I have been utilizing my pet insurnace since March 2014 and haven't had any major issues. I have had to call to inquire about the status of something or inquire about specific details, all of which have been resolved quickly.
