This company mislead me to believe all my benefits would start right away with the promo. When I went to use some of my benefits, I was told they didn’t start until the promo was over. I canceled my plan and they continued to bill me over $400 anyways. They are crooks and liars who advertise false promos and Services just to get you to sign up with them so they can take your money and run this is such a scam and now I’m having trouble getting a refund for services I definitely did not receive

Great for the unexpected pet healthcare needs
Insurance is about peace of mind and when we brought our new Border Collie to our home, I wanted to make sure that our sweet and energetic/athletic new family member would be covered for potential unexpected health issues. He sustained an injury and per the policy, Healthy Paws helped to cover costs of the procedure that will help him lead a healthy and active life. Thanks for the support.

The devil is in the details
Trupanion responds pretty quickly. Couple observations: 1. Examination fees are NOT covered. 2. Unlike human health insurance, the deductible is per visit, not annual, so be prepared to pay out per visit unless one pays a higher premium to lower or reduce the deductible to zero. Otherwise the service is good and one knows the value of recovery by the end of the pet’s visit.

Trupanion is there when you need them
After my dog passed away and i had a lot of invoices to submit, Christopher made sure that I got paid right away, was truly caring and professional. Unlike the other insurance company that i had to fight for to get paid, Trupanion made the process super easy and I got paid right away. I highly recommend Trupanion!

Suprise inititial start up of service
i gave this 4 stars due to ease of submission of request and the response back with completed decision. The plan i have is for 2 pets, one puppy and an older dog. The puppy we got at 8 weeks and had hook worms. They would not cover the expense of hook worms because they said it was preexisting??? i had started the service way before we got the puppy so we would be good to go for any issues, well apparently not. they denied my claim as previously stated it was pre existing. Well of course it was it's a puppy and probably had them when she was born after two days we took her to vet and found out she had worms. I was really shocked , but other than that all other submissions have been explained and processed. It was outside of the 14 day waiting period check Your records.
