Good insurance

I have had this insurance from the second day that I got my pug puppy-almost 5 years. They have come thru time and again for all of her issues. I love the added wellness amounts. My vet processes all my claims and I receive the reimbursements promptly. I am always able to reach an Embrace representative. This claim was for an ear and eye recheck.

Bait and Switch

Pets Best first of all will find every reason to deny your claim. The hassle of appealing just to try to get them to pay out claims is unfathomable. Once you begin coverage with this insurer they then switch your coverage to another underwriters which makes your premium go up because of your senior pet. If you have senior pets beware! Pets Best will switch underwriters on you claiming it is due to increase/rising costs for veterinary care which is not true in our area. They will find every reason to deny your claim and you will have to fight to try to get something covered by Pets Best

Great Company

I have two Shih Tzu girls. Totally happy with Aspcca Insurance. They actually do what they say they will and they repay promptly.

Good customer service

Our latest claim was for our dog's annual check-up, allergy medication refill (not covered), year supply of NexGard and HeartGard, etc. The vet clinic sent in the claim for us and Embrace sent an e-mail promptly to inform us that they received it. An estimate of the reimbursement followed within a few days and then the reimbursement check came shortly thereafter. Have not had a problem so far with Embrace with any claim.

Wonderful

Embrace is the best! I have an older cat who has been very sick and they have been by my side taking care of everything. They do just what they say they will do. No hidden agendas. And they pay quickly. I can't say enough good things about them. I am surely glad I had them through this difficult time. I would rate them an 11 if I could.

NOTHING BUT A SHAM

We recently purchased a puppy and being playful as puppies are he got a bit too excited and hurt his leg. We watched how he walked for a couple of days and were worried he may have broken a bone so we took him to the vet. The vet examined him and ordered x-rays and pain medicine. We filed our claim weeks ago and it has gone back and forth between the insurance and the vet. We are still out of pocket and the premiums will be higher than paid claims. Too bad this practice of insurance shams are not legally stopped. BUYER BEWARE

Peace of mind

My rescue pup had a lump on his rear end. It had to be removed because it could get bigger and needed to be biopsied to make sure it wasn't cancerous. This was my first claim with Healthy Paws and it couldn't have gone any better. Submitting my claim on the phone was so easy. I received an email promptly telling me it was being reviewed and I received a check in the mail within ten days. Customer Service followed up to see how he was doing. The lump was not cancerous and pup is doing great! I have recommended Healthy paws to all my friends with pets and I am so glad we signed up for it.
