Status of Archie
Appreciate the thoughtful email to check on Archie, who's spirits are great and you would not know he has a soft tissue sarcoma lump on his hind leg as he is chasing after chipmunks. I also really appreciate the kindness of the agent that I spoke to regarding Archie's up and coming surgery to remove the mass. She was so caring, and comforting. I wish I remembered her name, for she did a great job representing Nationwide.

Excellent timing, fast claim review!
My dog got ahold of a corncob and was vomiting within a few days. Took him to the vet since we were overly cautious - multiple xrays, blood work and fluid racked up around $800 in costs. Nationwide processed my claim within 4 days, and with their new direct deposit tool, processed payment within 5 days of my dog receiving care. Our pup is doing great and we didn't have to worry about finances because Nationwide had us covered. Thank you!

Nationwide is always there when i need them and the claims are processed very quickly!
We have a 17-year old pug and it gives us a great peace of mind to know that we can always get the medical care she needs. Customer is always helpful if i have any questions, and i usually have the reimbursement within a week of submitting the claim. Our pug is enjoying her twighlight years with the great medical care she's receiving. Thank you, Nationwide!

Awesome experience and great service
Nationwide covered most of my expenses for this visit and I had an awesome experience with the claim. It was very easy to submit the claim through VitusVet app and the claim processing was very quick.
