Recommend Trupanion to all pet owners

Hi,My beloved labradoodle, Paz, who is a therapy dog, was just diagnosed with lymphoma and requires 16 weeks of chemotherapy to save his life. Trupanion has immediately paid all claims related to his treatment and will continue to do so. Their claim representatives are responsive, kind and extremely helpful. A wonderful company that truly sets an impressive standard for the way pet owners and their beloved pets should be treated. Cudos to this company, and I highly recommend Trupanion to anyone seeking comprehensive health insurance for their pets.

Amazing amazing!

My poor girl Maia was recently diagnosed with lymphoma. Trupanion has been wonderful. Anytime I called the people were pleasant and caring. My claims were filed very quickly and my checks were sent within a few weeks. This was my first time that I had to submit a claim ao I didn't know what to expect but they have made this process so much easier . Pet insurance is an absolute necessity for people who treat their pets like family.

Can do better

Embrace does not cover for pre-conditions, so I don't know why one customer said Embrace did for her dog. If that's the case, than Embrace can cover my kitten! Embrace is NOT speedy with payments, it takes a long time before you are reimbursed. As far as the amount of well-care for your pet's, it's not enough to last one year's worth! Embrace only does a good job if your pet has a accident, than for your peace of mind are you taking care of.
