Peace of mind

I have always been a huge proponent of having pet insurance. Ive worked with other companies in the past, but, Healthy Paws always makes the process very simple. I never have to stress about what is or is not covered. I have a $100 annual deductible, 90% reimbursable for any claim, less the doctors exam fee, the rest is covered, period. Highly recommended!

Healthy Paws is THE BEST

I cannot say enough great things about Healthy Paws- they have been rated #1 a few years in a row for a reason. I had pet health insurance with another company with my dog that has since passed (when I rescued her, she came with it) and it took SIX weeks to get my reimbursement check. With HP, my reimbursement check arrives about a week to 10 days after I have submitted my claim. This is unprecedented. In fact, their app is SO easy to use -just take a picture of your bill and send- that I received an email two hours later that my claim had been processed! Incredible! Healthy Paws is reasonably priced as well that you would be a fool not to get it. It takes two seconds to sign up online as well. My vet is now going to promote them as I have expressed how much I love HP every time I am there. You never think something awful is going to happen to your pet until it does and it comes with a $3,000.00 bill (or more). If you have Healthy Paws you don't have to worry as they will cover 90% of it!!!!

Embrace is so responsive! Great Service!

Each time I submit a claim, the team gets it processed and the refund to me within days. Not only is the processing service excellent, they always send me an email to verify that I have receive my refund. These guys/gals are great! I have recommended Embrace to all my pet owning friends.

It seems Iike I won't get reimbursement wPetsBest

I've paid into this for a couple of years now and finally was told one of the claims I'd submitted would get some small reimbursement but it still never showed up after weeks.Being on a limited income as a senior widowed mom of a disabled son I am putting through college I don't have the spare funds to support PetsBest or other peoples pets by paying $50+/monthly for years and then not get reimbursement I was told I woudl. So far PetsBest has really not been worth it to me.

Wonderful customer service and response time

I have nothing but positive things to say about Healthy Paws! I did a lot of research before deciding to go with them over other insurance companies and I am so glad I did! Healthy Paws customer service team is kind, easy to get ahold of and have handled my claims very quickly. They also checked in to see how my kitty was doing after his surgery! Filing claims on the Healthy Paws app is so easy and fast! I highly recommend!

Peace of mind and excellent customer service

My dog Bruno began limping on his back legs and after some X-rays and a visit to an orthopedic vet we found out he completely tore the ACL in his right knee. To make things worse the ACL in the left knee was also unstable and we were informed that it might tear at some point also. We went ahead and had the right knee repaired. The bill came to $2800. Healthy paws made the claims process so easy. I submitted everything online and within a week I had a check for $2247. Healthy paws also followed up and checked on Bruno and his progress after sugergy. After about 3 months Bruno's right leg was totally healed but the doctor informed us that left leg needed to be repaired now. The bill for the second surgery came to $2800 again but I had peace of mind knowing that Healthy Paws would be there for us. Once again I filed the claim online and healthy paws sent a check for $2200. And once again healthy paws customer service sent me an email checking on Bruno after his surgery. Also, any follow up X-rays have been covered as well. I can't say enough positive things about healthy paws, their customer service and ease of filing claims. They make the whole process stress free and follow through with the service and coverage they promise. Having pet insurance with them has been a life saver!

Yes, to Embrace!

Tobee had an ear problem. Embrace covered what was left after the deductable, which by the way went down $50 because of his wellness check, so that is a bonus! It covered almost all of the 248.00 dollars. We are pleased with this company and it has great customer service.

Sammy has stopped shaking and trembling

Our Sammy had a neurological condition and was shaking really bad to the point were it was hard to eat and poop. The 1am ER trip with "you may have to put him down" statement was hard to swallow. But the. We took him to a neurologist and got his MRI and Spinal tap. Knowing we had insurance for Sammy but using it for the first time was nerve wrecking especially when they told us how much it would cost. But we were wiling to dig deep financially without knowing how much reimbursement from ASPCA. we love our Sammy. If I had to sell my car to do it I would have. ASPCA made us feel really safe on our decision and reimbursement almost most of it. A great deal of relief to our family as financially we recovered too. Thank you for our Sammy's health and peace of mind. Thank you

Thoughtfulness and Excellence

Our loving dog Amber required major surgery to correct a problem with her knee.From the time that Amber had her x-rays through her surgery until the claim was processed and reimbursement was received, we were treated with promptness and professionalism by the Healthy Paws staff. During the entire time they have expressed genuine concern for the well being of our pet. Without Healthy Paws Insurance this process would have been extremely stressful; they have been there every step of the way, providing comfort and support. I highly recommend this insurance for our 4 legged kids.
