Great response and reimbursement time
When I called customer service they were very attentive and answered clearly most of my questions. I received a better response by phone. There was a few emails missing, but, I had a lot of claims. I thought it would be confusing and take a longer time for reimbursement, but I received checks in less than two weeks. I submitted claims a few years ago for surgery complications when I almost lost my furbaby and he had to have surgery revision by a different specialist after Emergency visits. I always was promptly served for each of them.
