Wonderful staff, easy to use, great reimbursements

I'm very happy with Embrace. Their customer service staff is very friendly, very approachable, and always responds within 24 hours to any questions you may have or to new claims. My vet is able to directly submit claims without needing my signature over and over. I typically hear back from Embrace regarding my reimbursement amount within 3-5 days. They have reimbursed everything but a small invoice for skin issues which were preexisting (so totally understandable that it was excluded). I'm super happy with Embrace!

Fast, hassle-free claim process.

The claim was submitted directly by the vet and we didn't experience any extra hassles or delay. This was especially appreciated given we ultimately lost our pet and it was a difficult situation.

Great Benefits, Quick Claim Handling

My cat, Bubbles, was 10 months old when she suddenly started vomiting. Because I had Healthy Paws Pet Insurance, I was able to have the peace of mind saying "yes" to the tests my veterinarian thought Bubbles needed to find out why she was vomiting without having to worry about the finances. When the ultrasound revealed a linear foreign body (a potentially life-threatening event if not caught soon enough), I was able to rush Bubbles to emergency surgery just hours after her diagnosis. Less than a week after I submitted my final paperwork for the claim, Healthy Paws had sent me a check to help cover the expenses. A few days later, I received a personal e-mail from Healthy Paws asking how my cat was doing! I was blown away by that personal touch and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for pet insurance.

Great service, Fast claims

Our puppy Lola, ate a sock and needed emergency surgery.Thankfully everything turned at well. Healthy Paws paid our claim very quickly, and Tim, who works for Healthy Paws even followed up to make sure everything went smoothly. We received payment in about one week. I am very happy we chose Healthy Paws and would recommend them to anyone who has a pet.

Amazing Service

The process from submitting my claim to getting an EOB (Explanation of Benefits) to receiving my check was amazingly fast and professional. It all took under 5 days, okay maybe a week. Thank you Pets Best, you're the BEST!

efficient and easy process!

Very easy to file a claim, easy to understand and check on refund, rates are comparable in Ins, only a reduction in monthly cost, perhaps for age or length of time a member, would be the only thing I would recommend

Here we go again...Premium increases

There are a lot of things I like about Pets Best. They really have a great turn around time and great customer service. However, now my premiums are going up signficantly (last year was 50% and this year an average of 44%). I am told it has to do with location, breed, and vet price increases. I am mightly disappointed in them. I know they have had new underwriters, but it's not fair to push such huge premium increases on your customers. In regards to my one and only claim for this particular pet, the claim was processed in two days. For that, I'm very impressed. However, they won't cover giardia tests because it's has parasites that be prevented. Not true anymore. There used a vaccine but it proven to be inneffective so the American Veterinary Assocation removed it from their list of recommended vaccines. It doesn't work. I have a pet covered over another insurance and they told me they do cover giardia because there is no vaccine that can prevent it from happening. My overall feelings are mixed on this company. I cannot in good conscience place my new pets under them. But when it comes to calling them and having claims processing, they are extremely fast. They typically don't question anything either.

Excellent service - super fast

Our doggie was sick and hospitalized over Christmas vacation and we thought we were going to have to cancel a family trip. She recovered in time for us to go away, but the vet bill was as much as our trip to Florida. I was stressed about it, but when I submitted the claim to Healthy Paws - they paid almost the entire bill in just a few days. I couldn't be more relieved that we decided to buy pet insurance this time around.

Life savers! Happy to be covered by Pets Best!

For many years now, I am so grateful to have Pets Best Insurance. I have submitted a few claims and they are always so responsive and fair. My pets are family and I adore them. I am happy to be able to properly care for them when they are in distress. Thank you for the way you handle the situations, as I am usually stressed to the max. Never thought I could LOVE an Insurance Company

It still amazes me how wonderful this company is. My dog recently lost her tail to cancer. We were at a loss. Not only were we scared to death about losing our baby, but we did not know how to begin dealing with the all of the tests and surgeries. Not only did Pet's Best walk me through the claims process BEFORE the surgery so we would know what to expect, but they lent me a very understanding, kind ear while I cried on the phone. The claims representative worked directly with me so that I received the absolute MOST from Pet's Best and did not once try to find a way around payment. She showed me exactly how to claim it and the covered EVERYTHING. Our baby is happy and healthy and sporting her new nubby tail with pride. I cannot thank this company enough for the support and care they showed our family throughout this entire process...Thank you again!
