Hands down the best!
Absolutely the best experience. My dog was very sick and we had to do lots of various testing that cost a boat load of money. After each visit I submitted the required paperwork online and within 3 days I had the money back in my account. Put my mind at ease knowing they were working fast to reimburse me allowing my dog would get the best possible treatment.

Pet insurance not for us lower middle class people
This was the absolutely worst most upseen quote that I have gotten from a insurance company for my cat's. This company must be crazy or just works with the top 1% of our country, I'm not Donald Trump, little ole blue collar worker that can in no way what so ever afford that. It would be cheaper just to pay visit to visit. Should work on a affordable plan for us poor folk.

We love how they handle our claims, but getting tooooooooo EXPENSIVE. They are great but a 6yo dog is almost as much as my Medicare Insurance. She is $122 a month and we feel like we need to cancel. Just beware they maybe inexpensive when you have a puppy but the price quickly goes up. They do not cover exams. Otherwise they are a great company.

Saving Grace (Winston)
Having Trupanion has been a saving Grace for my Winston. He ended having many health challenges and high medical bills. He has many surgeries, medications and diagnostic tests that were very costly. Having coverage that paid for a lot of bills extended his quality of life and survivorship. He was so very loved and that extra care, and time with us was irreplaceable. Thank you for making the claims process easy, and direct billing, and getting back to my emergency Vet's office so quickly. Your Appreciation RIchelle

Trupanion is the best.
Trupanion has been absolutely wonderful from day 1. We signed my dog up at his 8 week puppy appointment, with a clean bill of health; and 9 years later, Trupanion has been there to help foot the bill for anything and everything that's come up. Luxating Patellas surgery, melting ulcer, skin issues, and now a cushings disease diagnosis (to name a few) - none of which were predictable - but all of which needed care and treatment. I am so thankful we can provide the best care for my pup, without stressing over the bills. I can't recommend Trupanion enough - the claim submission process is so easy, customer service is wonderful if you have questions or issues, and checks come quickly. Everyone should sign up, and know they'll never have to make a choice for care because of cost.
