I was guided to purchase Healthy Paws through a good friend who has been very happy with the service she got. I was interested to find out that everything could be done online and all I had to do was send in the receipts and notes from the veterinarian. It was so simple. There were no long forms to fill out. We got a quick response from Healthy Paws. I called customer service one time and she was very courteous.

Good coverage, fast reimbursement
I've never had an issue with ASPCA. From basic checkups to unexpected visits they've always been prompt in responding to claims and reimbursing me on time.

Peace of mind that I can take care of my pet
My dog needed surgery to have two different growths removed and a biopsy. Fortunately, everything was non-cancerous and he remains in excellent health. It was the first time I used Embrace and I am so glad I have this insurance. The customer service, communication and coverage is excellent. It really helps to know that I can concentrate on the well-being of my pet without the worry of financial expense. Thank you.

Best thing we have ever done for the dogs!!
We have had Pets Best Accident Only coverage for almost 2 years, and they have always been great with minor accident claims. (Broken nails, foxtail, etc.) We recently had a foxtail ingestion that caused a fungal infection that took months of treatment and several thousand dollars. Pets Best made the claim process easy,didn't give us the headache that others would have. We love them, and plan to use them for the life of the pups! We can't thank them enough for letting us focus on Bullitt, and not stress about paying for it.

Great service and easy to use web site.
I have had ASPCA Pet Insurance for almost one year. The web site is easy to use to submit claim, check on the status, review my policy, and more. The communication is great, I get an email confirmation when I submit a claim or there is a change in the status.

Wonderful, empathic customer service
I cannot say enough fantastic things about the Embracers at this insurance company. In the midst of our medical emergency, when I didn't know how to make decisions, several agents just listened while I thought about different medical choices I could make. In the recovery period, the Embracers were quick to find a billing error and correct it. Every phone call involved friendly, patient, present, caring voices on the other end.

Amazing service
I am so grateful to have Embrace Pet Insurance on my two dogs! I never hesitate to take them to the vet, I get quick responses from online help, reimbursement within a week, it's absolutely perfect. Easy to understand my policy
I work at an emergency pet hospital and help many clients with pet insurance claims from all companies. The reason I chose Healthy Paws was because my plan was easy to understand.You meet your deductible once a year, then I pay 10% they pay 90%. Easy. Also they seem to pay more per incident then other companies.

Since 2009, still awesome
We've had Embrace coverage for our Newf furbaby since 2009 and have since added our 2nd Newfy baby. Claims are always paid very quickly. Embrace covers our girl's Melanoma vaccine protocol shots and within 3 days and we are forever grateful for having this insurance. Their monthly premium is totally worth it for us
