Embrace is very easy to deal with. We chose them after our other policy was cancelled (they knew all along our dog was a Frenchie, but even after making no claims they cancelled us). Embrace has been super easy to deal with. They allow you to set up direct deposit of payments which is very convenient (and more people should do that in the US!) The ability to submit claims electronically is very easy, and they process them within a few days. From start to finish it's very quick. We've been very pleased. Knowing that 80% of our dogs recent hospitalization would be covered was a nice peace of mine. For people like me who would prefer paying out over the course of years in premiums instead of being confronted with a big huge bill all at once, Embrace is great.

Embrace is more than an insurance company. Laura Bennett and her embracers are saving the lives of pets that might not be alive today without their financial help and sage veterinary advice. At the age of 6, my dog Pancho was diagnosed with Cushing's disease, which is normally a slow and painful death sentence for many animals. Month after month and year after year, Embrace Pet Insurance has been picking up most of the vet bills and pharmaceutical expenses that have not only saved his life, but have made his life worth living. When processing a claim along with a pre-approval for continued treatment, it was a pleasure to work with the Embrace staff. They were very helpful in explaining what they needed from me. They were very cooperative throughout the process and approved the claim and pre-approval. I appreciate having the pre-approval process, so it's clear early on if continued treatment will be covered. It was quite a relief to have that approval first and allow us to focus on treatment and getting our dog better.

I have had ASPCA pet health insurance for my girls since I got Daisy (she is now 14). I have continuing care and cancer coverage. They are the best. The premiums are reasonable, payments quick (especially with direct deposit), and the staff is wonderful. They call to inquire as to the girls' wellbeing and to make sure I have everything I need. Daisy is a Rotti mix, Sadie is a pit mix (12) and Princes is a pit mix (1). They covered TPLO, cancer surgery, ongoing Adequan injections, medicam, Princess's spay even though I literally just added her to the policy, and little Princes got a porcupine within a three week period. They didn't bat an eye, paid the claim and called to check on her. Wonderful, wonderful company and people. Highly recommend.

I have 2 Siamese (6 yr old sisters) that we're losing weight . Bet decided to run above routine bloodwork to see determine the cause. Bloodworm indicated there was no major issue and it was likely food allergy. ASPCA online claim submission was super easy and the claims were processed with zero issues. I couldn't ask for an easier stress free process! So nice to have them in our corner especially in the future as my little angels get older. 😻😻

The only reason I'm not giving a 10 is I've never had pet insurance before. The staff has been excellent in helping me understand the insurance process and filing/handing claims. Our dog is a rescue without a medical history so we wanted to be prepared for any problems. This has been a great help.

Our poor golden retriever has had such a tough year! She has had to have 3 surgeries, two of them major, in the last 5 months. I can't say enough about the service we have had from Embrace - they have processed the claims we've sent in quickly and have provided coverage for everything. What a relief this has been during such a difficult time. We have now had pet insurance for our dogs for 9 years and we tell all pet parents we know what a good investment it is! You happen - sometimes in bunches like it did for us this year.

We didn't know exactly what we would need insurance for, except that our dog always ended up in the Vet a few times a year for something. Then, earlier this year he developed some issues with his back right leg. Embrace has done a good job covering the various tests and procedures and I definitely feel I've gotten my money's worth and more.
