This is an EXCELLENT pet insurance company!

My dog is missing a hip on one leg, and the alignment in his other leg was so bad, that he needed reconstructive surgery on his tibia. With every x-ray visit, consultative appointments with specialists, skin allergies, and more...Healthy Paws has been awesome. He is a needy dog, and Healthy Paws has never penalized us for his unlucky situation. They have not increased my rates because of the type or amount of my claims. When you call you always get a Happy, Helpful person -- and you are back to your day. You can submit claims via the App which is SUPER easy! I have absolutely NO complaints about Healthy Paws. Added bonus? They have an overall cause which is to help animals in need, specifically ones without homes/medical care! Regardless, my dog would have gotten the surgeries he needed, but Healthy Paws truly allowed me to get the best medical care, with coverage up to 90%. Now my dog is going to have a longer, healthier and happier life. Just the peace of mind is worth it. Healthy Paws is a 10!

Absolutely wonderful!

I needed help with my Shih Tzu who had bladder crystals and a UTI. My claim was handled so well. I wasn't sure how easy it would be to submit the information, etc. - but everything was so simple! Thank you for great service!

G-r-r--r-eat!!

I started with VPI in December 2014 with a 4 month old Llhasa Apso puppy. Was skeptical at first, felt it was too good to be true. But after just two vet visits, I am amazed and very happy with the insurance so far! I have been reimbursed for my dog's shots, not to mention full reimbursement of $310.50 for neutering and dental! My vet kindly submits the easy 1 page claim form for me. I usually here from VPI within 2 days of that with an e-mail, followed by a check shortly after that! My puppy is wagging his tail for your fantastic customer service! Thank You VPI....

Terrific Service

We didn't have insurance for our first pet and she had a gallbladder surgery(extremely costly). This insurance is wonderful. Instead of worrying about the cost, you are able to concentrate on our pet. Our 2 dogs are our family. We are Canadians that travelled to California with no problem about countries - wish our health care was as good as Trupanions!Heartfelt thanks again! Donna

Thank you, VPI!!

We have two pitbulls, and signed up with VPI about a year ago. Little did we know that just a little over a year later, our youngest would be diagnosed with a tumor that required the removal of her tail. VPI covered every claim I submitted for every last penny, and turned what could have been a financial disaster (or worse yet, an emotional one), into a stress-free situation. Thank you again, VPI!

Caring and fast, The very best of the best.

Gucci, our 9 year old orange tabby had progressively gotten thinner and more anxious over the past year. He was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and needed expensive therapy to save his life. I was so thankful that I had Healthy Paws insurance. They processed all my claims as soon as I turned them in and had a check in the mail right after. I was amazed at how quick they were. People insurance should take lessons from them! I even received a personal email asking how my cat was doing. Hands down the best insurance company.

Couldn't have been handled better!

As a breeder I have always recommended health insurance to all our puppy buyers. Now I specifically tell them to choose Healthy Paws. You have been professional, timely and helpful. I appreciated the follow up email asking how my dog was healing as well.

Very happy

We have had Healthy Paws insurance for our 2 dogs for a few years.One of my dogs got into anaphylactic shock because of food allergies which we were not aware of and we had to take her to the ER. She had to stay at ER hospital for 2 days which cost us almost 2700 dollars. We did not hesitate to take her there because we knew that Healthy Paws would pay us back. Filing a claim has never been that easy with the new system they have. We downloaded the mobile app and just needed to take photos of the invoices. The next day after we sent the photos, our claim was completed. We are very happy with Healthy Paws Insurance and I already recommended them to my friends who have pets.

OVERALL GREAT PET INS

Since rescuing my kitten at 8 weeks she has been in and out of the vet with granuloma / dermatitis skin condition and other things kittens go through there 1-2,years. Embrace has been great with handling/processing claims. I had to file so many claims in less than 2 yrs and never had a problem. I always get an email on the status of the claim and if I ever had a question of any sorts I always get through to a speak to a representative. I believe the coverage is great in comparison to other companies and the monthly fee for the insurance is very reasonable for my lovable Tallulah. I intend to stay w/ Embrace

What great people!

I've had ASPCA insurance on our 3 dogs for a long time. When one of them has a problem it sure helps me choose the best thing for them not just the cheapest treatment. Also, when I've called, the customer service staff is amazing! They call to check on our pet, not our payment! Actually have concern for our furry family. Who does that? Has your insurance company ever called to check on your welfare? Doubt it. I recommend them to friends all the time.
