Excellent !
The speed and simplicity of filing my claim and getting a check was better than I could have imagined. I took a picture of my invoice from the emergency vet using the iphone app and I had my check within the same week

Very happy with our VPI policies
We have the highest coverage plans for both of our dogs and every year they have paid for themselves in coverage we have received. From a couple emergencies to an ACL surgery and dental care, we get the full use from our plans and are very happy with them.

Another great experience with Pets Best
My Holly has had a rough year. She got into some poison, she developed incontinence and now diagnosis with serious osteoarthritis.
Pets Best has made it so easy to process the claims for these problems and my reimbursement has been deposited in my bank account within 3-4 days.

Wonderful Pet Insurance
I have had my doggie insured through Trupanion for five years. Each time I've needed to submit a claim, I have received reimbursement within a week. It's a very simple process and they have very nice staff. Knowing that I have insurance for my dog is such peace of mind; I know that no matter what I can always ensure she has the best care and access to medical treatments if ever necessary. I'm grateful for Trupanion's excellent business offerings and service.

Fast claim review & payment
submitted claim(s) for 4 dates of service on 2/4 and received claim updates almost daily with payment confirmation by 2/12. Although they missed one claim date in all the paperwork. They even covered prescription food for the first 2 months!

Supportive and Fast
My cat had to have surgery after eating a jacket string. The cost of the surgery was over $4,000. Healthy paws walked me through my first claim. It was easy to do and fast. Each staff member I talked to was genuinely concerned for our cat and showed their love for animals. I highly recommend Healthy Paws Insurance to anyone that has animals.

, I receive a response pretty instantaneously. I talked with many people who have pet insurance with different companies and I have never found someone who can only say positive things about the company they go through. Where as for me, I can not say anything negative! I'm thankful for Healthy Paws every day, as there is no way I could still have my Wesley if it were not for them.

This insurance company has way to many restriction
I think that the company should pay more v et bills. The vet charges where we live are very high. We just spent over 3,000 for surgery for our dog, and hoping we will have a sizeable check from Pet Smart.
