Very friendly and prompt service
Within few months of adopting Tia, she developed a terrible bout of diarrhea and vomiting. Few trips to emergency and the vet led to 3 different rounds of antibiotics and some anti nausea medication. It took over a month for the poor girl to recover. As for our very first claim, Trupanion walked us through the process and within few weeks we had our claim approved. Extra kudos to the call centre where we found nothing but warm and friendly people helping us each time we called. We are very happy to have the support from Trupanion.

A Tru-Fan for 11 years
Trupanion has always been there for whatever my cat needs. From a workup for a suspected murmur early in life to an x ray of his abdomen, kidneys and more, we were covered.
