Spot Pet Insurance has been wonderful! I had made an error on adding my additional pet policy and called to make the corrections- everything was smooth and taken care of. This is the first time I have purchased insurance for a pet. Although, I have had pets all of my Life. I recently purchased a Silver Shaded Chinchilla Persian. The Breeder recommends to all of her Buyers and provided a referral link to purchase insurance through Trupanion. I felt that since I made a large investment in purchasing my Dream Kitty. I needed to protect my investment by purchasing Pet insurance. I feel at Peace knowing that I purchased from a Reputable Breeder and she had many of the Health certifications Tested. Plus the peace of mind that in the event that something is to happen...I have the insurance policy in place.

Nice staff, zero reimbursement
Very nice staff and ease of filing claims. Zero transparency in denial of claim, and no appeal process. They take the payments happily, and provide no service .. all with a smile. Time to switch to Nation Wide that my last dog had ... zero issues.

So glad I have this pet insurance
I am so happy I chose healthy paws pet insurance a few years ago. I am a vet tech so I know how expensive emergencies can get so that’s why I did my research and found healthy paws. Having this insurance I can feel secure about getting the best care for both of my dogs. Although I always hope not to have to use it, recently my dog had some eye issues and had to have an expensive eye procedure done, I didn’t even hesitate to get it done ASAP because I knew my insurance would look into my claim quickly and reimburse me for the covered items at the 80% rate I signed up with. I can’t imagine not having it because there’s no way I could afford that necessary expensive eye procedure my dog needed. There have been several times I’ve needed my insurance over the past few years for both my dogs and I am so happy I chose this insurance. Their plans are reasonably priced, they respond quickly to your claims and they have excellent customer service, even checking in on my dog to see how he was doing after his procedure. This is the best insurance and I wouldn’t choose anyone else over them.

I’ve been a trupanion member with my pets for several years. I highly recommend! My dog went blind with cataracts and I was able to give her the gift of sight again because trupanion paid 90 percent of my $4,000 claim! Also she is a diabetic and they pay for 90 percent of her meds, vet bills etc etc. She had been able to see for several years thanks to trupanion. I can’t imagine making her suffer for years without the ability to see. Thank you trupanion!!!
