We shopped around for Pet insurance over several months for our two Newfoundlands. We looked at the pros and cons of every major Pet Insurance company there is. We finally settled on Embrace and could not be happier. We held our breath when we submitted our first claim - waiting for small print to catch up with us. It never happened. We were treated so well and the claim was processed and paid quickly. The communication is consistent and they keep you informed of the status through the entire process. I strongly recommend Embrace to anyone seeking Pet Insurance.

i will always keep my pet insurance as you can never know what will happen. my baby had a floating kneecap and had to have surgery. this is very expensive. with all the stress of what she was going thru and my stress for her, i was so relieved that at least i was being helped finacially. thank you always for your kindness and concern.

My dog suffers from ear infections which until recently we didn't know were caused by allergies. During this time we were paying for vet visits that ranged from $100-$300 and all were covered by Trupanion. Once we found out it was an allergy issue we asked for an allergy test which costs $400, I was pleasantly surprised when Trupanion not only covered this test but paid us within a week. Their claims process is so easy and fast and have never had an issue. Currently I have both my dogs on the policy and have had great customer service and experiences highly recommend!

Insurance coverage is great. Quick pay. The only complaint is that they raised my rates 20% right after I put in a big claim for my dog.

Trupanion is the first time I have ever used pet insurance over all these years. I would highly recommend this company and encourage pet owners to obtain this insurance. Easy to use and submit claims and the speed at which claims are resolved and reibusment happens is fast. Very impressed and well worth the monthly fee.

When we got our new lab puppy, River, we decided to get insurance for her. We have an older lab who has experienced all sorts of health issues and is uninsured. When she needed hip surgery, the bill and meds where very expensive. And she continues to be on medication seven years later.
