Healthy Paws covered a major surgery in a timely manner
Our 9 year old German Shepherd, George, went through a major surgery to remove a mass in his chest. The total cost was about $15,000. Aside from a few very minor items that were clearly outside the scope of our policy, Healthy Paws covered its 80% share of the costs without question and without delay. Not having to worry as much about the financial side of things made the whole experience so much more manageable for us.

I am with this company for 4 years and…
I am with this company for 4 years and highly recommend them. Other then after the first year which they raised my rate slightly then haven’t done so since even after putting in a claim 2 years ago. I just put a second claim in and it was easy to do online and they were very prompt. Great coverage for the price and if rates for me don’t increase much as Tyler ages it will be a no brainer to choose this company in the future again.

I am so happy I chose healthy paws pet insurance a few years ago. I am a vet tech so I know how expensive emergencies can get so that’s why I did my research and found healthy paws. Having this insurance I can feel secure about getting the best care for both of my dogs. Although I always hope not to have to use it, recently my dog had some eye issues and had to have an expensive eye procedure done, I didn’t even hesitate to get it done ASAP because I knew my insurance would look into my claim quickly and reimburse me for the covered items at the 80% rate I signed up with. I can’t imagine not having it because there’s no way I could afford that necessary expensive eye procedure my dog needed. There have been several times I’ve needed my insurance over the past few years for both my dogs and I am so happy I chose this insurance. Their plans are reasonably priced, they respond quickly to your claims and they have excellent customer service, even checking in on my dog to see how he was doing after his procedure. This is the best insurance and I wouldn’t choose anyone else over them.

The best customer service
Trupanion has the best customer service I’ve experienced with an insurance company, hands down! The representatives are always courteous and friendly, they make being a customer easy. I’ve been fortunate that we’ve never needed to make a claim, but I have no doubt that it will be easy to do. Our coverage is amazing too!
