Wonderful customer service, responded quickly to my questions. Quick resolution and payment of claims. Have recommended your service to every pet owner I know! I was about to cancel my policy because we had not used in 4 years. My dog became very sick and Trupanion gave us the peace of mind to know we could afford his treatment

Professionalism always apparent.
Always professional. We feel "safe" when our dog is examined, knowing they will discover what is wrong with her. My only concern is the cost of taking her there, quite expensive. The road the hospital is on is very, very dangerous. They send a billing to Trupanion immediately which mediates the cost. In return, we receive the monies/check within two days. A 10+ place with superior service.
