Putting a claim in is ABSOLUTELY not user friendly at all.
Putting a claim in is ABSOLUTELY not user friendly at all.So much so thinking of dropping Trupanion.Have to go back and forth just to find out if your plan covers it. Very frustrating to use the app.Not sure if it’s worth it.
