Okay experience
I submitted my invoice via Trupanion. I waited for a response and when I finally got one it was that my claim was denied. When I spoke to a rep via phone I was told my documents were never received and the documents were received were completely dark. I submitted the invoice thought the clinic and was instantly approved. The other problem I have was the total was 1,930. My deductible is $800 and you all are paying 900. I was never told why the additional amount was covered and when I called I was told it was the exam charge. When I told the exam was waived and indicated in the final invoice I was given the run around. While I’m grateful trupanion paid some money. It doe feel like I was treated like a number. I would have an appreciated someone calling me to tell me what was missing or what was approved and what was denied and why.

First Time Buying Pet Insurance
Having recently rescued a one-year-old Chihuahua mix from the shelter, I decided for the first time to buy pet insurance to cover any potential catastrophic problems. My first claim was a simple wellness check which cost $65 and I received $50 reimbursement within 48 hours. I am very impressed with PetsBest!

Bird mom loving Nationwide pet insurance!
I love Nationwide pet insurance. When my budgie broke his leg, the vet bill was over $1000. Nationwide covered a good chunk of it and was prompt with reimbursing me. I got my money back for the policy several times over—totally worth it. I just added another bird to my policy today, making her my 4th bird covered under Nationwide. They also cover wellness, which I love! And Jeremy (the Nationwide guy who helped me enroll my bird today) just informed me that there is vet telecare available 24 hours a day. I couldn’t be more pleased with Nationwide, their coverage, and their service. So grateful for the peace of mind they give me with my babies!
