Metlife regularly makes mistakes when…
Metlife regularly makes mistakes when applying the incurred charges. It is apparent they lack quality control when processing claims. I've had to reprocess several claims due to their errors. Invoices clearly state the incurred charge, but when processed by Metlife random amounts show up in the incurred charge column of the EOB.

I have had ASPCA Pet Health Insurance…
I have had ASPCA Pet Health Insurance for over three years now and just added another rescue to my policy. The Monthly Payment is very reasonable and the payout after the deductible is met is paid quickly to me. I have had minimal expenses but it is great to know that if something were to happen my expenses will be covered. Thank you ASPCA Pet Health Insurance

Unmatched wellness coverage
Their coverage is great, I am amazed by their wellness plan. I hope it’s sustainable!! So far their prices have been fair, not a huge increase in 2 years. The only negatives is their reimbursement time is pretty long, and their app is not great. It’s easy to upload for a claim, but it’s impossible to check back and see what you have submitted, and sometimes they combine claims and I’m not sure why. But I haven’t had them deny anything, and their wellness plan is so good it makes up for the extra wait time for reimbursements. Overall I’m very happy with MetLife so far!

They actually reimburse you (after the deductible is paid.) They are very supportive and it is super easy to submit a claim. You can email it directly to them. I trust this company and have been insured with them for 5 years.
