Never have worried about my dog's vet bills!
Loved the policy options - I have 100% reimbursement with $250 deductible and works perfect for me. Getting the reimbursement is easy and never a hassle. My giant dog recently was diagnosed with heart disorders and if it wasn't the insurance, it would've been very difficult financially as the monthly medications costs around ~$700. The insurance also covered everything that our vet recommended - such as heart tracker, nutrition appointment and more.

Sometimes fast, sometimes slow, sometimes hard to understand
Sometimes, reimbursements come quickly. Sometimes they come slowly. They rarely come with information until the final decision unless something is missing. A little more personal contact would be nice. And translating doctor speak into English. Why was something determined to be a pre-existing condition? How would I know or verify or know to appeal? Three stars because the process often works but information flows slowly and is sometimes difficult to interpret.

I had 3 pieces to share: 1.) Embrace has been the best pet insurance company I've worked with, of 3. 2.) My dog just turned 11, and my yearly premium from age 10 MORE than double the current premium, to over $5k! Wow, that's unreal! And hence, loss of a star. I called them, though. 3.) The insurance advisor I spoke with about it all was WONDERFUL. She was fantastic, helpful, and understood my point of view. We figured out how to handle the situation together. I have another dog insured by another company, and I won't go to them again - I'll come back to Embrace.

I have had a great experience submitting claims and getting reimbursed. It has been easy and all my claims have been accepted. This year I added preventative coverage and have already gotten vaccines reimbursed.

I cannot call you from my Canadian…
I cannot call you from my Canadian mobile phone? My 2 claims were sent in for Dolly. One was paid and the other was incorrect. She does not have elimination problems. I think you received the wrong paperwork. Both claims were for ears and the second was anesthesia and ear flushing. Please let me know if this was your error or the vet sending an incorrect claim. I want to speak to someone please. 250-937-1230. Fran Ritchie Also, I cannot get into client portal again. Keep changing the password and then it will not accept. Not a good experience so far.
