Oh Em Gee. If I could give this 1,000 stars I would. We recently got a new puppy and I know vet bills can be costly especially in emergency situations so I knew we should probably get insurance. I shopped around but Lemonade was so easy and so friendly. I paid a little more a month for preventative exams because I know puppies have a lot of well checks. He had his first one a few weeks ago and I was able to submit the claim through my app and was reimbursed immediately. Everyone at Lemonade I have come in to contact with has been an absolutely joy and the process has been so easy!

Excellent Service!!!!
I thought the ease of the claims (i had 2 dog claims) Wellness claims for both pets.
I thought since I had the best plan of 90% coverage I would have seen more than $360 of $885 returned to me. Not pleased with the outcome but they were very quick at answering the claims.

Get you everytime
The customer service is team is very kind and always answers. That being said so far every time I’ve used them, they only pay out a couple dollars of my bill. I’ve got a $200 deductible and they refuse to pay the emergency exam fee for any animals. It’s a cheap move and it’s very frustrating. What’s the one fee ALWAYS *required* by every vet during an injury? The emergency exam fee. So out of my nearly $400 bill with a $200 deductible I got a whopping $36. Doesn’t even pay my monthly bill. This service is based on fear. I’m pressured to keep it through marketing and social media that if I don’t I won’t be able to afford my pet’s surgery fees, but amazingly they don’t pay out everytime I’ve needed them. It’s pretty frustrating.

I didn’t even think I was going to get someone to answer my call. I haven’t experienced such great customer service in my life! I don’t even get half as much service from big providers like bell or even my power bill. You guys are doing a great job and I will recommend and stay with you guys for life!
