Do not waste your time or money with this company! You literally have to fight for every single claim submission. I have been paying for Embrace accident coverage for my Chihuahua for about 6 years now. He recently fell off the couch and hurt his back and they would not cover the $200 vet visit because they said it was an illness claim... REALLY!?! So him accidentally falling off the couch and getting hurt is an ILLNESS?! I have literally had to fight for every single claim for both of my pets resulting in hours of wasted time. I would not recommend this pet insurance to ANYONE!

Embrace was so quick in processing the claims for my dog Kia. It's enough worrying when something happens to your pet, to have such a quick response from Embrace is a very settling feeling. Thank you so much

I have utilized Embrace Pet Insurance for two years, now, and I have to say it was a wise decision to make. Routine visits have been covered (though, this requires an add-on), and even, though, an emergency visit hasn't needed a claim yet, I know that in the future, it would be the least of my concerns.

Coco Rose, our darling rescue chihoodle, after gnawing too enthusiastically on a beef bone, strained to defecate for 2 days, and after feeding her pumpkin had no effect, she began to vomit and refuse food. It was, of course, a Sunday morning-our vet practice not available- so we rushed her to an emergency vet clinic, charge card in hand. We are retired, on a fixed income and concerned about costs, knowing we would tell the vets to do everything possible to help her and figure out how to pay off the charge card later. It was going to be our first claim with Embrace. The staff at the ER was wonderful, and after 2 days of 24 hour intense care Coco was able to come home to finish her recovery. We followed up the next day with our regular vets.

In the past 18 months our cat, Max, has had 3 operations. If not for the operations he would no longer be with us. His total medical bills were nearly $15,000, and Trupanion never even questioned one of the bills that we submitted. Within 1 week of submitting the bills, I would receive an email indicating that they were sending me a check, per the terms of my insurance , for 90% of the bill. I only wish that my personal health insurance company was as responsive. Thank you Trupanion!

I Had ASPCA for our first Great Pryenees Ellie Mae I started the insurance 2007Feb 2011 we had to put her to sleep due to cancer. They were there until the end... When we got our Dog Daisy Mae I went with another company and saw first hand why I will never use another company! WE now have 2 Great Pyrenees and they both have insurance thru ASPCA..easy to submit claims fast turn around and the Best customer service you could ask for!!

Prompt, efficient, smooth, and no arguments. If only other kinds of insurance were this painless especially for dogs, I'd recommend buying an Embrace policy right after you Getty your puppy's first leash and collar.

Zeva had a body mass that required 3 appointments with treatment to determine that surgery was necessary. Knowing the surgery would be covered in part was a relief. I have had Embrace insurance since 2009 and would recommend pet insurance.
