I am really happy I signed up with Healthy Paws. My puppy is 4 months old and she needed an endoscopy to remove pebbles she had eaten in our backyard. Healthy paws paid the claim quickly at 90% with no questions asked. Saved me over $2000. I have been a health insurance broker for the last 20 years so I know good service when I see it! These guys are first rate!

waste of money, what they claim is covered is not. they word things just so that they end up denying your claim no matter what its for! worthless. cant believe i wasted over 2 yrs for them to not cover a simple accident that was way cheaper than what i paid for 2 yrs.hematomas are not an illness.it was a bite that formed a hematoma.

Our dog had an aggressive cancer that literally grew to be the size of a softball within one month.. our choice was either treat the cancer or have our dog put to sleep😢 The tumor was determined operable but would have to be followed up with Chemotherapy , the cost took us by surprise and without Truepanion we would have lost our dog... The doctors office submits claims electronically, I have been receiving the EOB within 24 hour, and claims are reimbursed within 5 days... I wish my insurance was this good...

My dog recently had TPLO surgery. It was great to know the Embrace was there to help with the expenses. They paid my claim very quickly. Pet surgery is stressful enough so it's nice to not have to worry about how to pay for it too! Thank you Embrace for being there when we needed you!

Healthy Paws is the best pet insurance company around. We were skeptical about pet insurance until a neighbor recommended it to us (she saw how active and goofy our rescue lab puppy was...) Later that year he hurt his leg and needed surgery, which would have been financially miserable had we not had the accident insurance. (X-rays alone were $400.) The claims process is exceptionally easy and our reimbursement arrived faster than we expected. The customer service is unparalleled. We now recommend Healthy Paws to all of our dog-owning friends and all new pet owners (especially those who are considering adopting a labrador!)

My dog Sasha needed two surgeries on both of her knees and it was her first as well as mine to go through a process such as the one we went through recently.I have had her insured since April of last year and was able to connect with someone each and every time I called Healthy Paws for questions, claims, etc. The staff is amazing and attentive to ever detail and note that is written on her profile.
