Submitting a claim online is so easy and the response time is so quick, maybe a week. The email notification is perfect and the claim is easy to understand. Having direct deposit for reimbursement is great as no delay and having to get a check in the mail.

Great Company
I love this company! They are very compassionate, when one of our cats died, they sent a sympathy card that all of their employees had signed. They pay quickly and are very helpful with questions. The only problem I have had involved something that would actually have saved them money! My vet has a program called Shots for Life: you pay $59 and that covers all shots for the life of your pet. They wouldn't reimburse that cost - makes no sense to me.

A must for alk pet parents!
Trupanion is amazing! They have really helped keep my furry-faced children in good care and have never questioned a submission. I never have to worry about the cost of a procedure or test. They allowed me an extra summer with my special little guy (he needed special food, regular visits, and medication) and I will always be grateful.

Excellent and quick coverage benefit payout
In today's fast paced world - Embrace makes it insanely easy not only to submit claims on their customer portal, but also in their prompt response to emailed questions.
We submitted several claims that had occurred over the past 6 months. Embrace accepted the claims for review and quickly processed. Coverage was applied as expected and refund checks were issued promptly.

Thank goodness for ASPCA Pet Insurance
Both of my dogs have been covered by ASPCA Pet Insurance for many years. It has been invaluable the times we have needed it, and the cost is very reasonable. I'm always surprised how quickly the payment for the claim is processed. I recommend ASPCA to anyone looking for pet insurance.

Very Pleasant Experience
My dog Maggie had a infection and ASPCA was fast to take care of my claim. The calls they made to me during this process tells me they care. Maggie is feeling much better and having ASPCA helped with the vet bill. I would recommend using ASPCA for pet insurance.
