Best investment ever
The service is top notch. This insurance has saved me thousands of dollars. My GSD needs ACL surgery. Cost is $4400. Dont know what i would do without this insurance.

So far, excellent services rendered
i have two (old) cats insured with ASPCA and have given insurance to two other pets (1 dog, and one cat) as Christmas and birthday presents to people who could not afford to insure their animals. So far we are all extremely happy with the service and very appreciative of the comforting people on the other end of the phone Pet owner's distress at their animals' illnesses are not always comprehensible to other people.

ASPCA Pet Insurance Highly Reccommended
We have had ASPCA Pet Insurance for our 1 year old Yorkie mix and it has already began to pay off! She was only 1.7 lbs when we first got her and we had to bring her to the emergency room twice for accidents. We have submitted claims for numerous issues and have received a very timely reimbursement. I tried to do research before ultimately choosing ASPCA as our coverage and have not been disappointed since! Make sure you get it sooner than later before life happens and pre-existing conditions start applying!

Timely & Reasonable Reimbursements
I have two smaller dogs (10# each) and got insurance for them at 8 yrs old, expecting that they would face age-related problems (they are now almost 11). I pay about $77/month for two dogs with a $250 deductible each. One of the dogs recently had an emergency issue which resulted in $2500 worth of multiple ER and vet visits w/lab work. I received about $1800 in reimbursements, each taking about two weeks. While my policy reimburses 90% of UCR (usual, customary and reasonable), I was reimbursed at 72%. Granted, I was fortunate to have any reimbursement at all--and maybe the vets can charge lower--but given the high cost of living in Southern California, I think that ASPCA could improve on their reimbursements.
The staff are usually friendly. They reimburse by two weeks. They're pretty good...but I think they can be better. Now that my dogs have age-related issues, I can't change insurance companies so I will stay with ASPCA. While I would recommend this company to others, I would strongly suggest that they do their homework before signing on.

I definitely recommend ASPCA Pet Insurance!
We really enjoy the coverage we receive for Butters in our home the past 3 years! ASPCA Insurance helps take the sting out of paying the vet bill when I know many of Butters medications and conditions will be covered and reimbursed right into my bank account within a few weeks. In my household, the monthly fee pays for itself- and knowing we're covered if an emergency happens gives me great peace of mind. .

You are home with Healthy Paws!!!!
Healthy Paws is an excellent choice for pet insurance. The customer service team is ALWAYS courteous, knowledgeable and especially excel with their very prompt claim service. I did extensive research when I was looking for pet insurance and found them to have the best ratings and reviews. I just had an unfortunate health care issue with my yorkie. My yorkie, Bentley, was in such pain and distress and it was so troubling and I felt helpless so rushing him to his doctor was my priority. The doctor and hospital expenses were astronomical to me just being recently retired. Of course there was no hesitation on my part to pay for the necessary care but in the back of my head I kept thinking, 'don't worry too much, Bentley is covered by the best pet insurance'. Healthy Paws did not disappoint me. I hope my Bentley's health improves quickly. Every time I take him for his little walk I share my Healthy Paws story especially with those new doggie parents of little puppies. Thank you, thank you, thank you Healthy Paws. If you are looking for pet insurance, look no further

deducible is not what I expected
When it said $200 deducible I thought 'a year', if not surely a illness. But NO the deducible is $200 a visit. My wonderful kitten went to the vet several times before finally being diagnosed with FIP. Each visit was the same illness but every time $200 was deducted Plus all 'examination fees' are excluded. A vet can't find out what is wrong unless the animal is examined Big rip off
