I am a huge fan of Embrace
I am a huge fan of Embrace. I have had one other insurance carrier, and Embrace is far superior. Filing claims is simple and easy. Embrace communicates quickly and continuously until your claim is finished. And you can actually speak with a human being if you have a question or concern! I had one claim denied that I felt certain should be covered. After providing Embrace with additional documentation, they reversed their initial decision and covered the claim. The people are extremely helpful and they understand how much you love your pet.

We enjoy Trupanion’s terrific customer service.
We enjoy Trupanion’s terrific customer service. I am choosing the score of 8 because we find the premiums to be quite exorbitant and they keep increasing without rhyme or reason. So while we enjoy the customer service, the product is very expensive.
