Peace of Mind

Our 9 year old chocolate lab has now developed 3 separate Mass Cell Tumors. When you hear the word Cancer things become very emotional and uncertain. Thanks to having a company like Embrace we were able to have surgery on our girl all 3 times. Without the insurance I am not sure how we could have afforded the care our girl needed. I tell everyone who get a puppy about your company. When you do have to make a claim the process is very easy and I still can't believe how fast I received my reimbursement.

Flawless

I have been a customer for the past 6 years and during that time I have had numerous occations to use the claim process at Embrace. I have submitted claims for everything From a ear infection to surgery for a cancerous tumor and all of the claims were paid promptly and without question. I am very happy I chose Embrace pet insurance.

Review of Claim for Sassy Brown

This is the second time we have been sent a "canned" response to a claim for Sassy whom we lost in early October. I believe you need to revisit your responses so that you have some compassion for those of us who have lost pets. This time, I couldn't even pull up the claim on the Portal as she is no longer with us and on our Portal. Although I gave you an overall rating of "1' on the claims regarding Sassy, we are Breeders and have always encouraged our new puppy owners to consider Embrace. If we have many more of these "insensitive" responses, we will look elsewhere to insure our 6 dogs and encourage all of our owners to do the same.

Pointless

My 2 pets were chipped through this company, they are 4 yrs old now and I have to update the information. Tried to log on and could not. Called the main number and asked how to get on my account. They told me " your account is frozen since you have not paid the annual fee". So then I ask well if my cat was found what would happen, " since the account it frozen we would not give out the information or we would not contact you". So the last 3 years have been POINTLESS to have this chip.

Great service for our Frenchie's surgery!

Our French bulldog just had disc surgery - major operation. Embrace was exceedingly wonderful! Each claim was handled promptly and we were informed about the process each step of the way. Then the reimbursement was excellent for a very expensive operation.

Satisfied

My morkie (2yr 5mo) was so sick out of sudden. He started to vomit and we found blood in his stool. We had to take him to primary vet and ER several times to find out what's the root cause. We did xray, ultrasound, and endoscopy. We spent a lot of money on this. I am really happy that I chose petpremium over others. The claim procedure is simple and reimbursement process is pretty fast (2 weeks or so). Few weeks after I submitted my claim, petpremium called and checked on how's my dog doing, which is really nice of them.

Takes great care of our puppy!

This is our first experience with pet insurance. Our puppy had several health issues early in life, and Embrace has been great in reimbursing our varied claims. I highly recommend Embrace.

Avoid VPI/Nationwaide

Just received my policy renewal from Nationwide, formerly VPI. Premium went up 32% for my 8 yo Boxer who has had almost no claims!!! Last year declined a fairly large bill for a screening Holter Monitor because I had UPGRADED my policy 362 days before and the Holter was excluded for a year. The upgrade cancelled the previous policy and I got screwed. I appealed since she had had VPI since 8 wks old and I got a form letter denial of appeal.
