My 2 year old cat, Mia had surgery recently to remove a mass from her ear. Pets Best was fantastic and supportive throughout the entire process. Thanks to Pets Best, Mia is her rambunctious self again, mass-free and loving life.

When we rescued our love-pug Lucy, we NEVER could have guessed what we had in store. Within the first 3 months, we had 4 different VERY expensive trips to the vet. She had consumed gum and chocolate. Really like their new way of submitting claims via your cell phone. No longer have to look for a printer and then get stamps to mail your claim. The service center personnel were always very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The followup by Bob inquiring about my dog after her surgery was unexpected but very much appreciated. It shows that this company really cares about your pets and not just to collect money for the insurance policy. Highly recommend this company for pet insurance.

Dog has non-cropped ears, and has had issues with ear infections. Response via e-mail are fast and informative. Very pleased with the service and the follow-up. Dog is a rescue with no known history yet, no issues with claims. Excellent service.
