I recently submitted a claim for my dog who has been having stomach problems for a long time. We brought her to the vet and the vet only marked the bill as an exam, so I wasn't sure if Pets Best would acknowledge that it wasn't a routine exam, it was for a health issue and should be covered. They took their time and must've done their due diligence because they honored the visit and covered it. I really appreciate their help.

We had an extremely high vet bill with our last dog if we had insurance, and if that was the only time we had used the insurance, it still would have been cheaper paying the monthly premium and deductible for 12 years (age of dog) than the bill.
