Paid appropriately long wait time
While My claim was eventually reviewed and paid appropriately, it took over a month. I understand backups but it was frustrating that my friend down the road made a claim the same time and was paid within 3 days- and hers was a huge surgical claim, mine was small. Long wait times on hold, had to be called back, late or no responses to emails. Frustrating to wait but did pay.

When our six month old puppy had an issue with her paws, we were very worried and scared. Thankfully, we were able to take her to the vet quickly and she was taken care of well. After a long day of worrying about her, the last thing we wanted to do was worrying about filing a claim for her pet insurance. Thankfully, Trupanion made it very easy! We were able to share our pet insurance information with our vet, and they filed the claim directly to Trupanion! We are very happy with the experience!
