Great customer service, no wait time. Although the answer wasn't exactly what I wanted to her, they were able to explain everything to me as I am a new customer and still learning how it all works. I would definitely recommend Trupanion.

have had excellent service from Trupanion since we got it for zoey who is 15 years old now. she has heart and kidney diseases. Trupanion has covered 90% of the costs for testing,xrays,and numerous medications. we also got it for new pup Ziggy. thankyou.

First time pet insurance
In general it has been good but I find the submitting of claims myself (as opposed to the vet submitting) has been a little confusing. This could be because its the first time I have had pet insurance. I'm not sure have to figure out how much as been added to my deduct.
